At The Russian House NaZdorovye, we offer the finest authentic dishes prepared by our award- winning executive chef Vladimir Gribkov , whose specialties include homemade classic Russian such as Pelmeni, soups as Borsch and Solyanka. Choose a salad from among our wide selection or enjoy the Chef Vladimir Special Salad. Sample our appetizers “zakuski” which include blinis, stuffed mushroom, meat and fish delicacies, Ukrainian salt-cured salo and classic Russian Julienne with mushrooms and sour cream to name a few. Other ethnic delicacies include our famous Beef Stroganoff, Chicken Taboka and sumptuous red and black caviar served with blinis. You can also order one of the tempting dishes such as Uzbek Plov, Mussles Chernomorski Style and Golutsi.
